Sharing your survey

There are many ways to share your surveys. Here are some examples:

  1. Unique link:

    Create unique links and share them with your customers. Example: company.formcrafts.com/my-survey.

  2. Seamless embed:

    You can embed these surveys on any CMS, or even within your product dashboard. We offer an embed code, or a JavaScript library for advanced usage.

  3. Email embed:

    You can also include the survey within an email. This works well with automated emails sent out to customers. You can combine this with hidden fields and associate survey responses with contacts as well.

Timeseries score analysis

Field analytics help you understand responses to form questions. With this NPS survey, you can track how likely customers are to recommend your service over time. This data shows changes in customer satisfaction, which can be used to identify trends.
